Working With Me
I help L&D teams, corporate trainers, and subject matter experts turn their learning offers into experiences designed through a strategic, people-first design process. Working together, you’ll get learning that prompts reflection and behavior change, not just checks boxes.
My approach combines Design Thinking, Experience Design, Behavioral Design, and Story Design, drawing on frameworks like DECIDE, Action Mapping (Moore), 5Di (Shackleton-Jones), and the Kaospilot 5E Experience Design model to craft impactful learning experiences.
how i work
- Human-centered. We start with people, not content. Real insight into your learners’ needs, frustrations, and motivations is where meaningful design begins.
- Evidence-informed. Assumptions are okay, validation is better. We define success upfront and build in reflection, practice, and application that support real behavior change, not just box-ticking.
- Story-driven. We turn content into experiences people remember. Every element has a purpose: story, visuals, and interactions work together to engage, rather than decorate.
- Iterative. We prototype quickly and test with real people. Ideas turn into tangible drafts fast, and we refine early when it’s still easy to adapt.
- Collaborative. You bring your expertise. I bring mine. We co-create through focused sessions at key moments.

faq
Do you take on partial projects?
Yes! I’m available for discovery and design phases. I don’t take on development-only work, as my approach always includes the strategic and creative foundation. If you’re looking for pure content implementation, I’m probably not the right fit.
How long does a project take?
It depends on scope and stakeholder engagement, since they’re a key part of defined touchpoints. You’ll get a clear timeline once we kick things off. After the project, you’ll receive all source files and documentation, and I’m happy to follow up or support with next steps if needed.
Which tools do you use?
I work with collaboration tools like Miro, Notion, Google Workspace, and Microsoft 365; authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Genially, Vyond, and Camtasia; and design tools like Canva, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
I’m also experienced with LMS platforms such as Moodle and LearnWorlds, CMS systems like WordPress, and AI tools including Synthesia, ElevenLabs, ChatGPT, and Notebook LM.
I can quickly adapt to your stack.
Do you really work in multiple languages?
Yes! I live in Germany and work fluently across Europe in English, German, and Spanish. Currently, I’m brushing up my French.
What are your rates?
I usually work on a project rate basis. But given the case, my day rate starts at €850 depending on scope and complexity.
