What we ended up discussing wasn\u2019t just the learning module itself, but the thinking that shaped it.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1086861 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"1086861\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">1. Learning Is Emotional Before It Is Instructional<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-82b742e elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"82b742e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"p1\">I anchor every learning experience in the participant\u2019s real situation: what they feel, what creates tension, what they\u2019re trying to resolve. When you start from emotional reality instead of a content list, the learning becomes meaningful and the behavior change becomes achievable.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c4f1cd5 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"c4f1cd5\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">2. Storytelling Is the Structure Behind Behavioral Change<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f7e67ce elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"f7e67ce\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"p1\">Stories give people something to recognize, something to care about, and a reason to act differently. Especially in communication training, storytelling <i>ist<\/i> the learning design.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d31e05c elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"d31e05c\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">3. Visual Systems Are Cognitive Systems<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7fdcf47 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"7fdcf47\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"p1\">Spacing, density, color, rhythm, navigation shape how people read, process, and make meaning. When visuals do instructional work, participants don\u2019t waste cognitive energy on the interface. They stay focused on what matters.
