If we want people to act differently, we can\u2019t just give them information; we need to design learning experiences where they actively practice making decisions. Good designed stories and scenarios shape decision-making.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-dea3051 e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"dea3051\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-608a553 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"608a553\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Preloading<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-cc4ceef elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"cc4ceef\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Peter Gollwitzer&#8217;s concept of preloading, also known as implementation intentions, is a powerful strategy in goal-setting and behavior change. It&#8217;s the idea that when we <strong>mentally rehearse a response in advance<\/strong>\u2014<em data-start=\"676\" data-end=\"710\">&#8220;If X happens, then I will do Y&#8221;<\/em>\u2014we&#8217;re far more likely to act effectively when the moment comes. That\u2019s why well-designed scenario-based learning is essential. When learning feels like guided discovery, people engage, explore, and internalize decisions more effectively.
